Grammar
We currently have three Grammar-level class divisions: Lower, Middle, and Upper Grammar comprising students approximately aged 7–11 (typically 2nd–6th grades). The class makeup is determined each year based upon enrollment.
At the Grammar level, students will be expected to participate fully in class. Assignments suggested for outside of class will be left to the discretion of the parents, but consistent work at home is expected. The Upper Grammar class will begin to study grammar formally and receive feedback on work, and music classes will incorporate group violin lessons.
Students rotate between classes on language arts, science, fine arts (music and art), and Latin (middle/upper grammar). Other class selections may include history & geography, physical education, math fundamentals (lower grammar), or theater.
